Beef Jerky from our Charcuterie

​​​​Our Beef Jerky is made from fresh beef rounds on premises every week. A proprietary blend of herbs and spices are added to our marinade and soaked overnight. We then smoke our jerky over Hickory for 5 hours in a commercial smoker. The depth of flavor from this charcuterie is so unique it would be hard to duplicate. No preservatives in this Jerky. We only make Jerky in one flavor and we make it very well. Give some a try today!
